Hayley Sprague, OD
Dr. Hayley Sprague graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Biology. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Indiana School of Optometry in 2003. Dr. Sprague additionally completed a residency in corneal disease and contact lenses in 2004 at the Illinois College of Optometry.
Dr. Sprague is the 2023-2024 President of the Delaware Optometric Association. She is also an active member of the American Optometric Association, and is the Delaware Representative for the national Vision Service Plan (VSP).
Dr. Sprague is accepting patients in the Lewes and Long Neck locations.

Personal Life:
In her free time, Dr. Sprague enjoys spending time at the beach with her daughter Ellie, husband Rob, and dog Belle. She also enjoys teaching Sunday School at her church, Westminster Presbyterian, in Rehoboth.
