Rachel Hartman, OD
Dr. Rachel Hartman graduated from Washington & Jefferson College with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and a concentration in neuroscience. She then earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. While at Salus, she completed additional coursework through the Advanced Studies in Contact Lens program. Dr. Hartman has also had the opportunity to participate in a humanitarian trip to Haiti where she helped provide ocular health exams and eyeglasses to those in need.
Dr. Hartman is a member of the American Optometric Association, The American Academy of Optometry, and the Delaware Optometric Association. Dr. Hartman is accepting patients at our Georgetown, Long Neck, and Selbyville locations.

Personal Life:
Dr. Hartman, from York, Pennsylvania, is excited to finally call the Delaware shore home. The area has always been a special place to her, as she has vacationed there every summer with her family since she was two months old. She is a member of the Lewes Lions Club. Dr. Hartman enjoys visiting the beach with her husband, Taylor, and their dog, Tyrion. In her spare time, Dr. Hartman enjoys crafting, cycling, and catching up on her favorite television shows with her new little family.
