Dr. Carl Maschauer graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Bio Chemistry. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1982, and began his private practice in Georgetown. He is the President of the State Board of Optometry. He has served as President of the Delaware Optometric Association and Chairman of the Statutory Scope Committee for the American Optometric Association. He is a member and past President of the Georgetown-Millsboro Rotary Club and Georgetown Chamber of Commerce.	Dr. Jeff Hilovsky graduated from Grove City College in Pennsylvania with a degree in Biology. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Illinois College of Optometry in 1983. He was awarded a Health Professions Scholarship from the Air Force and served 11 years on active duty before joining Dr. Maschauer in private practice. He continues his service in the Air Force Reserves as a Colonel and Commander of the 512 Aerospace Medicine Squadron. He is a past President of the Delaware Optometric Association and the Selbyville Lions Club. He is a member of the Sussex County Easter Seals Advisory Board and is active in his church.
	Dr. Hayley Sprague graduated from the Indiana University School of Optometry in 2003. Dr. Sprague finished a residency in corneal disease and contact lenses from the Illinois College of Optometry. Most recently, she was employed by an ophthalmology group in Chicago. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and is completing necessary requirements for fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Sprague is excited to begin practicing here, and looks forward to being an active member of the community. Dr. Sprague is accepting patients at all three Sussex Eye Center locations in Georgetown, Long Neck, and Selbyville.
