Hayley Sprague, OD
Dr. Hayley Sprague graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Biology. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Indiana School of Optometry in 2003. Dr. Sprague additionally completed a residency in corneal disease and contact lenses in 2004 at the Illinois College of Optometry.
Dr. Sprague is a member of the American Optometric Association, is the chair of the Delaware Optometric Association Political Action Committee and is the Delaware Representative for the national Vision Service Plan (VSP). Dr. Sprague is accepting patients Lewes location.

Personal Life:
In her free time, Dr. Sprague enjoys spending time at the beach with her daughter Ellie, husband Rob, and dog Belle. She also enjoys teaching Sunday School at her church, Westminster Presbyterian, in Rehoboth.
